Day of the Dead - Mini Altars

This Friday I helped the learners in Milo's 3-6 yr old studio make Day of the Dead mini altars.  I was shocked at how much they already knew about the culture.  I had my presentation all planned out, and they finished my sentences for me!    There were 24 students, we did small groups throughout the day.   It was hard to get photos later in the day, the kids were really interactive and my hands were full with questions and a hot glue gun haha.
